Awful experience. Didnt get a chance to order and the owner/worker couldn't wait to get us out. Bearing in mind we were planning to spend over 300 quid, I am still in shock the attitude that a small business like this would turn away business so readily. Avoid this place. Went to Lahori Karai instead down the road and they were brilliant. Accommodating and food was very good.

Absolutely shocking. Would give 0 stars if possible. Family of 12 adults and 8 kids. Rang 30mins before and they told us they have space. We arrived and met by a waiter who was not welcoming. We told him we rang before so he said let me check with the boss. Then he came and said what's your order. We'd not even sat down yet so we said wait let us sit down there's 20 of us let us look at the menu and we'll order. Within 5mins he'd been back twice so we said what's your problem here. Since we arrived you've been rushing us as though you want us gone. Turns out he said we only take hourly bookings so whoever agreed on the phone made a mistake so if you don't order now by the following hour the next group will arrive. We told him well that's your fault for not telling us on the phone and not telling us as soon as we arrived. Rather you let us come and sit down and look at the menu now you're telling us. We were so put of we just left. Not a single word from the worker as we walked out and the so called 'boss' was no where to be seen. Also menu shows a pizza but there was no such item on the menu. We ended up going down the road to another place. They just lost 250 and i wouldn't recommend anyone to go here based on the customer service. Other reviews say the same that the service is shocking and they insist you order bigger portions when it doesn't suit them!
