Very good customer service by the waitress named Zainab! Zainab was very friendly, professional and down to earth. I would have left a tip, but had no cash on me. I had the the fudge cake & my mate had the Nutella milk-cake, both tasted fresh & was well presented! She recommended some drinks & food items, but we ate elsewhere beforehand; we did not know they served hot-food at the Manchester outlet! Will be back to try the hot-food for sure!

I visited today and the branch has beautiful interior & I had lovely french toast. We received great customer service! The two members of staff who served us were great. They did let us know that this was a limited menu and made us aware of when the full menu will be available. Staff ensured they checked in on us and ensured we were happy with the desserts. Desserts arrived relatively quickly Areas to improve on: ensuring both doors are open and/or having the opening hours visible. Having attempted to come in when it was indeed open. We were unsure on whether it was open as the door was not open. It was also empty and staff appeared to be preparing and didnt take notice we were stood at the door. We later confirmed with employees of the opening hours. Other then the slight issue regarding the door, I would recommend visiting
