Unbelievable chicken burger. The signature sandwich was an absolute banger! Huge juicy thigh in the most deliciously seasoned crispy coating. Doubling up was a brilliant decision. Fries were bog standard but were salted well and crispy. Taken me a while to try Kongs out and I'm delighted I finally have! The staff were a real pleasure too.

The only reason it has 3 stars is because the signature burger was nice. The nachos tasted a bit stale and the fries were average. But Ive not had such bad service in a long time. The waitress was really rude constantly and worst of all, despite the fact wed booked a week in advance and it was a Thursday aka in line with the 50% food throughout January, not only did they not ask when we were ordering (meaning that I inadvertently paid full price), when we asked about it afterwards, they said nothing can be done about it. I might not expect a refund but at least a voucher or something? I really wouldnt recommend going here at all.
