        One of their recruiters reached out to me regarding a role that sounded of interest. I don't have a problem with a no, but when you have invested personal time, to be ghosted is not acceptable

She gave me all the information I needed up front and was honest along the whole journey. This gave me all the information and confidence I needed to make that move to a new role and progress. Cannot fault any part of the process from initial call through to interview prep and offer.

        I cannot say enough good things about ESP and particularly Laura Bennett. Their attention to detail and communication is top notch. Often recruiters don't clearly "hear" the needs of the company or the candidate; but this is not the case with Laura. She nails it and doesn't waste anyone's time because of her focus.
