        I had reason to talk to one of their agents based in the Manchester office. Repeatedly made contact by email text and tried to call in order to progress a contract role they wanted to put me forward for. Now left hanging - unable to ring their office answerphone full, nobody answering the phone and agent on holiday for two weeks - whats happening with my role???
