i-teachers are a great company to work for. There is extensive support given to team members and chances for development and training. It is a really close-knit team and everyone is incredibly passionate and motivated.

When I first signed up to iteachers I had Natalie (who is no longer there) who was absolutely amazing. I completed my registration on the Friday and by the Monday she had 2 interviews set up for me already. I was looking into new schools so contacted iteachers again as my first experience was excellent. I informed them that I wanted everything to be confidential. My school was then contacted after I'd made it very clear for them not to be as I wanted to process to be kept confidential. This then put me in a very awkward position with my school as they did not know I was potentially leaving. This was in January and since I have not been contacted about any opportunities! Although they did send an email to my head teacher apologizing, what happened was completely unacceptable and it's horrific that since then I haven't had any updates almost 3 months later!
