I have experienced my fair share of recruiters and recruitment agencies, as Im sure a lot of us have in recent years. During those experiences I have come to understand that different agencies and different recruiters have different techniques to win you over and represent you to companies. Some of these more successful than others. From the first time that I spoke to Charlie I felt that I was in good hands, he spoke eloquently regarding the opportunity that I was presented with. He did this with a knowledge and an excitement that was infectious. From the beginning of the process, I truly felt that Charlie was in my corner and wanted just as much as I did for my success in my application. The strongest attribute that I found from my dealing with Charlie was his communication. He talked me through the application process to the best of his knowledge, answered questions I had regarding the process and even phoned me the night before my onsite interview to ensure that I was fully prepared. This was by far the best experience I had with a recruiter, and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone.
