Absolutely fantastic from first contact, through the negotiation process, and support once I started my new role. I can't express how greatful I am to Eliot at CAST UK. He kept regular contact throughout the whole process, provided advice about my suitability, detailed information about the responsibilities, and explained what the job offered for my career development. A call prior to my first day, and messages of support on the first day, and a follow up once I had started were the touches of a professional recruiter. Intrigued from the very first contact... After receiving a very impressive speculative email from Talent Acquisition Legend Geoff Banks-Smith, I began to contemplate what it might be like to work for Cast UK. Along with Geoffs initial email, the impressive website and my own due diligence, I was delighted to be offered the opportunity to meet with and present to the CEO & MD and the whole process further spiked my interest. Progressive, ambitious, professional and fun, I really enjoyed the opportunity to meet them both and see their offices. Fast forward a day or 2 and an offer received to join the business and I genuinely can't wait. Geoff, Wayne and Gary have all kept in touch throughout, Geoff has kept me up to date with everything and it's all been like a breath of fresh air, I really am incredibly excited to get going.
