        After an unexpected cancellation due to emergency maintenance, I contacted the 24/7 live chat support who were extremely helpful. I spoke to Winta who rebooked me into a better studio at the same date/time despite nothing being available on the website. Great support and my session was saved!

        Been in a band for 25 years.... This place is by far the worst most disgusting studio I've ever been in. Puddle in the room, fags everywhere, chips on the floor, equipment broken and no staff to sort out issues.

        Great experience, equipment can be missing or damaged sometimes but the guys at Pirates are quick to respond and help you out. Wonderful service couldnt be happier with the sessions Ive had there!
