        Very poor customer service. Scruff has taken money for merchandise in August and to date not delivered the merchandise, acknowledged request for refund or monitored their support email address to at least correspond. I am so disappointed and feel so bad for the bands the purchase of merchandise should have supported. Scruff you have really let yourselves down

        Covering pretty much all you need within the industry, these guys have the lot. Since meeting Harry (SOTN Brighton Rep) I've had nothing but good experience and a helping hand that's always there when it comes to everything music related. After meeting the rest of the team, I can safely say they're all the same. Nothing but praise for the Scruff lot!
