        I have been having EMDR sessions with Cheryl for about 6 months. In this time she has guided and supported me through some of the toughest times in life, for which I will be forever grateful. She is kind, caring, very welcoming and brilliant at her job. Seeking therapy and especially the process of EMDR can be scary and daunting, but at all times I felt safe, held and understood. I could not recommend Cheryl enough and implore anyone seeking therapy to contact to Cheryl.
