        The HSR team are both approachable and professional. Our teenage son found the EP friendly and she explained the process of assessment clearly to him. The report is well written and the results and advice given thorough and clear. They liaised with school well. I have no hesitation in recommending HSR psychology.

        Seeing the team at HSR has made a huge difference to not only our son but to us as a family. It was honestly the best step we could have taken to address the anxiety that our son was experiencing. The service we received was excellent and the impact on our son after only a few sessions is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend HSR enough and would urge any parent with any level of concerns to take the step and contact the HSR team - Parent

        Good communication and booking process. We have had two EP reports done recently and the EPs were punctual, friendly and approachable. The reports were received quickly and were of a good quality. Definitely using them again.
