        The are just a pain in the rear!! Constantly trying to call me and claiming to help me claim a refund on some bogus PPI claim - never taken out a loan with PPI so clearly a con!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

        Absolutely useless. If I could give them nil stars I would. I had to consistently chase them for any updates and then to cap it all they misled me. When I contacted them in September they told me that they had not heard from Marks and Spencer re my PPI claim. When I contacted Marks they told me that they had written to them on 12th August. They had not bothered to inform me of Marks' decision. I rang them again on 3rd October and they informed me that they had closed the case without discussing the matter with me and told me that there was nothing else they could do. They should cease trading immediately.
