Review for Property File- I have been a residence/tenant of the Property File since 2020, I have nothing but good things to say about them, especially Nicky, Whenever I have been struggling for whatever reason they have always been kind, supportive, and, understanding, they are kind and very understanding. Considering the pandemic and cost of living crisis we are currently facing I cant think of nobody better to rent with, I wouldnt rent with anyone else in Manchester, they are simply a lovely bunch of people and everyone should be aware of them, From my perspective I just wanted to say thank you to them, Thank you and best wishes, Jacob

As a landlord working with the property file, Nicky and her team are great property managers and are very responsive. They go above and beyond to make sure the tenants are well looked after :)

I can't thank Nicky and the guys enough! They've been looking after me and the flat since I started degree, definitely going to be sad to leave them. It was scary since it's my first flat but they were by my side even when I lost my job during covid. Would definitely recommend them.
