It's not only about WREN wanting to claim someone's deposit in a fraudulent way as many reviewers have said. I reported a water leak from the top floor in October 2021. Despite several reminders and informing them of health issues we had due to moulds and waste water from top floor, they refused to do repairs until in March 2022. I wrote initially about my sad experience with these people. They replied with lies and deceits. Why don't you like honest reviews about your terrible service? This is what most people say about your company. It's not only one person. Once again, I urge tenants to avoid your awful service.

Avoid these people at all cost. Very dangerous to say the least. I will come back with my unpleasant experience about their wickedness in details. I have a similar experience like Danielle D. A in one of the reviews here. The cruelty and unprofessional attitude of some of their staff have to be stopped.

Everything went well except when we moved out. We left the property in a really good condition with but theyre claiming that it needed professional cleaning thats why they took the money off the deposit. We cleaned the property as best as we can. Bleached the whole bathroom to make sure its clean. The first 9 pictures is how we left the property. I showed them an article from the governments website that they cannot charge cleaning fees due to normal wear and tear (See screenshot) Completely disregarded what I said and claims that its not wear and tear. I asked if the cleaning charge is due to damages and she couldnt answer it. The rest of the pictures is what they claimed that needed cleaning and wasnt wear and tear. Really dont miss a spot when you clean because theyll charge you for it. It was Rachel Wood who dealt with it and it just seemed unprofessional that she tried to justify it wasnt wear and tear. I saw a bad review about her so Im not surprised. We havent experienced this with previous landlords or letting agents either thats why its unbelievable. Ive even added a message from our previous landlord to show that this experience is something new to us. They dont care and they know that people just want the deposit back as soon as possible. Money will come back but the experience from this letting agent will always be remembered

I rented a 1 bed property on the liverpool waterfront site, overall good experience. Rent was competitively priced for the area and having somebody on site Mon-Fri was excellent. Any work or repairs got done very quickly. The building itself was a little on the old side, lacks modern soundproofing and thermal insulation, as a result it could get noisy and expensive to heat at times, but again Wren were quick to act on what they could and replaced all of the windows for thick double glazed PVC. Overall for the age, very good quality and surprisingly spacious.
