        I have a long list of things that I wish I don't see again in any other property management company!! A few of them are doubling my service charge within 4 years and never being clear about the budget...massive employee turnover, no shareholder engagement.

        Absolutely shocking service! If you are looking for a firm to look after building management, look elsewhere. The attitude of a number of people that work at Lee Baron HQ is all wrong.. Theyve been booted out of a number of key sites in recent weeks and months (including Sovereign Court - Hammersmith), and unless the attitude of their staff changes, I wouldnt be surprised if they continue losing developments hand over fist.. Oh, and they have been overcharging our development for a number of years in terms of our electricity bills and owe me as a resident almost 1300! Fortunately, as theyve now been turfed out of the development where I live, I wont ever have to interact with Lee Baron again - thank the lord! PS my review has nothing to do with the team they had working on the concierge department of our building, they were always fantastic, and we got along great with each other.
