Very poorly managed. The contracts are not specific to a room in a house so they can move you to any house and any room at 2 weeks notice if they want. On the first day of my tenancy I showed up and the room was not ready for another week. No inventory checks on moving in or out and you will be ignored when trying to get your deposit back at the end of your tenancy. Also they took 2 weeks to buy a new shower hose for the shower and I even had to fit it myself. And the lawn wasn't mowed in over 6 months, and one of my housemates had the shower above leaking badly into his room for weeks. This company is a scam and they have no intentions of returning deposits after you're gone.
