        We are looking for a management company for short term letting. The website itself stated would reply the email within 24 hours but failed to do so. Two days later a lady called Michelle replied to my email and asked when is a good time to give me a call, I replied and asked if we could do it on the same day but didnt get a reply. I replied to follow up again but there is no reply from her. Two weeks till now there is no any respond still. Terrible service and we are worry to have the company like this to manage the property.

        Lovely flat, well furnished, lots of crockery and cutlery, very clean and well decorated. Great location for tram links 10 minutes walk in either direction. Our only issues were no TV aerial which we did not know and we don't have all those other premium channels, and having to park three streets away. We didn't use car for fear of not being able to park again. Otherwise it was lovely
