None of the staff ever respond to emails, the only way to ever get in touch with them is to go via complaints and they get somebody to reply to you. Dreadful that's what you need to do to get a response to a simple query.
If you're fortunate enough to have options when moving, avoid these at all costs!

Utter contempt for residents, corrupt employees (google them on embezzlement). Above inflation service charge increases every year. Avoid at all costs.
I note that roball and rottner try to insult our intelligence by posting under each google review ''we are sorry to hear this please contact us..''. You know very well that you have been contacted on a large number of occasions on these matters and that you respond (after a lengthy delay) with irrelevant, evasive and inaccurate responses - the person who is the subject of the complaint ''investigates'' themselves. Your complaints process is meaningless. You are a disgrace.
