Moved into one of their properties to find a broken window and washing machine. They've refused to answer the phone or respond to emails every time I try to contact them. Do NOT do business with them.

If I could give no stars I would. I rented a property through cherish and thats where the problems began. I was told the property would be cleaned prior to moving in, which hadnt seen a clean in a while! There was many problems whilst renting which was reported which didnt get resolved, such as mould in every room in the property, no hot water in the property for over 6 weeks (resolved 2 weeks prior to moving out) only after escalating to housing standards who then got in contact with cherish and the issue was resolved. The fire door was reported not closing properly, any many more. We moved out the property early and was made to paint when we was told we wouldnt need to and was called liars unless we had it in writing. There was lack of communication and professionalism and made to feel like it was our fault with the issues in the property. The landlord of our property was called a cheapskate by cherish saying she doesnt like doing repairs as they have spent a lot on the building already like it was our fault. I would not recommend renting through cherish property, not even my worst enemy.

I had a flood in my flat, one of many in the building. I spoke to Holly she was amazing. She must have lots calls that day. Local hotel sorted within the hour. courtesy message next day to check if hotel was ok.

Rude staff and lack of care for tenants. Reported 3 different problems to do with our flat and have not heard back at all! Took them 4 weeks to remove items that wed put on the application wed like to be removed and its now 5 weeks in, still having to borrow neighbours keys to access the communal postal room. Staff filled with lies and empty promises saying theyd do something and it never happens. Avoid this estate agents, I definitely will be in the future.
