Jerry is an amazing letting agent! Really sad to have moved from a property managed by him and the Cheshire Land & Property. Always prompt with replies, extremely quick to fix faults and always works hard to help tenants. No letting agent fee's for tenants too - really helps to make a move quick and affordable. The property I moved into (in Heaton Moor, Stockport) was immaculate and as described with up to date photos (the biggest pain in renting is agents who use old photos of once done up places from years ago). Only wish that the property I'm now in was also managed by them! New landlords or landlords with new properties should seriously consider using these guys over other letting agents. You'll have much happier tenants! Thanks Jerry!
