The apartment is clean, with a nice bathroom, bedrooms (one large with a desk, the other smaller but comfortable), living room and small kitchen. The location is great, just a 15-20 minute walk from Manchester Picadilly train station.

Melissa's instructions on accessing the flat were brilliant. Parking was easy. The apartment was spotless, very well appointed, perfectly situated and the view was spectacular. We had a wonderful stay there and will be back.

Positive:nice & spacious flat. its tidy in the flatNegative:poor communication. there was NEVER any staff responding to enquiries despite I sent many enquiries. the check-in instruction was not clear, we had been searching for the room key for a while.
