        A building with a mix of commercial and residential property. A full row of shops on Whitworth Street West and a whole bunch of rental apartments above. Located close to the gay village and close to deansgate locks and close to Oxford Road. Lots of bars and clubs close as well as a bunch of food outlets near Oxford Road Station and a short walk to the coach station as well as the nearby theatres and the O2 ritz.
