I wanted to warn every landlord for a long time and finally got a chance after very frustrating long time being a landlord letting out a property to property hub lets. I believe now another managing agent Thornley Groves has taken over property hub but be aware as the team at property hub have transferred over to the new company that has taken over them. Finally i have got my way out from property hub and there is nothing good to say about them as they do charge a higher fee and then they will never do what is expected as a managing agent to do, they hardly never answer your call and even when they do they confirm someone will call you which you never get a call back even if you email them they hardly ever email back and when they do email they are never straight forward to the point instead they do not answer your queries and you have to keep trying to call and email them so many times. They miss some works on the check out report which then will fall under the landlords cost not the tenants cost, also you will not be informed of anything that the tenant does inside the house like painting or decorating and even more as this should also be informed first to the landlord before taking necessary steps. This is the worst managing agent and be aware of them they are very unprofessional on what they do and will give everyone a very hard and frustrating time. Do not use them never and i do believe as all the team have gone to Thornley Groves it will be in everyone's interest not to use them aswell as you might experience the same as i did. Do not waste your time with these. It would be in great interest for everyone to go with another managing agent who are more experienced and highly rated. Please share this information with everyone to avoid big mistake!!!.

Was a tenant in a property that they managed, did no work when defects were highlighted, and still fighting for my deposits back, property was left in a cleaner state than when i took on and have pictures to prove this, when they are in possession of. Stay well away from this company, bunch of crooks.

ZERO COMMUNICATION WITH THE AGENCY!!!! I'm losing my mind- been trying to get a hold of the agency to simply speed up the process of referencing new tenants that are taking over our apartment and ever since we paid 525 of relet fee, they have been ignoring all our complaints and questions.

While Property Hub was the letting agent for an amazing property that I thoroughly enjoyed, their communication was poor and their service was just not great in general. While some of their staff was pleasant, others were far less than courteous. I also had to practically beg to get the keys for my post box. They were simply unprofessional and seemed to just lack knowledge of how to manage tenants- while dealing with the whole post box fiasco, the person responsible would often see me in the lobby and walk in the other direction. On check-in to the property, the same person dropped the fob off without ensuring that all checks were made- they were not, the battery on the lock had died and the agent had to be called back into the property.

Property Hub Invest provides a useful service and we received decent service from them when buying our flat in York. PH Lets, on the other hand, is the worst letting agent that we've ever worked with. Unresponsive and ineffective at solving tenant issues. We also had to change the locks because when we changed letting agents, they would not send the keys to the new letting agent. To avoid.
