Shocking experience! Non existent customer service, they guy on a phone kept burping and it breathing so loudly in a phone, it actually seemed like hes running a marathon. On the management side - hell knows why we pay so much money if our area constantly looks like skip and they dont even manage our road. Seems like a scam company. Will be in touch with our property developers to see if we can change this provider. Ive asked to change my title over 10 times already and they still havent! Rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish.

I spoke to an employee at plumlife and I can say Ive never witnessed such a bad phone manner..ever. I called the property management line and he answered the phone like he was answering his own mobile, didnt introduce himself or the company and half way through the call he was speaking to one of his colleagues asking him what he was looking for. Serious training is needed there. You always remember bad customer service.
