Very poor service. Cancelled twice for a standard gas safety check. Wait 4 hours after due time to tell me on one occasion. They state they only have one gas inspector at present so clearly they are taking on more work than they have staff for. Would not recommend.

Dreadful. The first time they turned up was 4 hours late. The second time 1.5 hours late. Two visits and still the boiler is not fixed. So theyre going to have to come for a third time. You couldnt make this stuff up. 3 attempts (so far) to fix a boiler. Its like Keystone cops.

Poor customer service. Twice they were supposed to come out for a standard gas inspection but failed to do so. On one occasion they waited 4 hours pass the due time of 8am to let me know they weren't coming out today and wanted to reschedule for next week. They seem to believe people have all the time in the world to sit around and wait for them. They have poor customer communication and their customer service/booking staff don't seem to care much about customer experience and their only solution to making things right is to ask to rebook. Why would I trust a company after twice failing to show up?

Good company to use for property maintenance if you are a private landlord or agent.
