I have recently sold a house through NPP and for reasons out of our control the sale became quite problematic and delayed. NPP were nothing short of outstanding throughout the process and persevered to ensure the sale got over the line. They worked tirelessly for me to chase updates and progress the sale. The knowledge / expertise / experience of Fraser Patterson & Matthew Browne was invaluable and I cannot thank them enough. I cannot recommend them anymore!! Thank you.

Very disappointed with the company after completion of the property that a couple of the initial sales pitch elements were not delivered. The property completion was years overdue - not a big deal for me and i was ok with the delay. However, the original sales team committed to me in multiple e-mails how interest would be paid on exchange monies and also commissions would be paid for referrals which led to other sales - of which i had made 3. Now that completion is over, the company is stepping away from all of that saying that no formal contracts were in place and the original sales agent has left the company. Leaves me no choice but to dispute through the Property Ombudsmen and the Small Claims Court. Very disappointing.

Bought a number of properties through NPP over the years and have just exchanged contracts on two more in one of their new Castlefield offerings. I was able to do this as they found a buyer for a previous investment i made through them at a good profit. Really can't find a bad word to say about them, professional team and always good advice. Thanks All.

I invested with NPP and lost money, I was told I would get my furniture deposit back if I ever didn't want it but lost over 3000, sorry I ever invested with them.
