        AVOID Elavace! They sold me a flat in Liverpool which it turned out to be neglected in terms of maintenance! (They were doing the maintenance as well).New management agent trippled the service charge and now there is no way I can sell it due to huge increase in service charge

        Be careful with this guys, I ve never before felt so cheated and decieved from the day one in my whole life. As an foreign investor, Im still struggling with the substandard structure and poor quality building they developed and constructed in Bootle,Liverpool ( Wishing Well apt), plenty of problems with official papers issues, City Council Licenses,etc. They never gave us an answer or solution for the many problems we had of all sort because of them. If you want to leave in peace, keep your distance from this people
