They give you access to their investors and all the other tools needed to start a career in property investing. I wouldn't have been able to do it without Portfolio Millionaire!!

The portfolio millionaire content is superb, so easy to use the online video platform breaks the coarse down very well. Learnt a lot, so grateful to David and his team as its going to change my life and working towards becoming financially free using Davids strategies and knowledge. Thanks for all the help, wouldnt be were I am now without this coarse.

I have been on David Frances Portfoliomillionaire training programme now for the last 8 months setting up my deal sourcing business. I have been learning all the different strategies to acquire properties for as little money down as possible for the best return on investment. Whilst setting up my sourcing business I am still working my 9-5 job, so progress has not been as fast as Id hoped but Im delighted to say I have just recently completed on my first 4 bed HMO deal on a lease option agreement. I dont currently have a list of investors to sell my deals onto yet so Dave kindly allows all his students to sell them to his large database of buyers which I achieved a 2k fee for this deal. Dave and Mike who is also a trainer within the Portfoliomillionaire programme are both fantastic mentors who have years of experience in property and without their help and step by step training material Im pretty sure I would not of been able to secure this deal. I have learnt a hell of a lot so far on my property journey and I know there is still a lot for me to learn about this business but Im sure I will get a lot more deals under my belt this year.

I came across David's training programme initially through youtube video's he had posted online. I was newly discovering Lease Options as a strategy and had floated from one channel to another absorbing as much information as possible. I was blown away by the amount of content David was giving away freely and immediately felt an urge to pursue his teaching products. I was living in Australia at the time and immensely driven to begin investing in the UK property market, but had no idea how this could be done with the endless amounts of restrictions to non-uk residents. I then had a free 45 minute phone call with David where he outlined all of the opportunities available to me through using 'creative strategies' such as LOA, R2R and assisted sales. I took on the 9 week programme and applied all of his training religiously. At the time I only owned one buy-to-let property, an achievement I was pretty proud of. However once I began learning about true professional due-diligence in property investing I realised just how LUCKY I had been with that purchase, and terrified at the pitfalls I had escaped by chance. I quickly acquired 2 x R2SA properties that are fully managed and systemised, requiring no input from myself. Through David's guidance I also switched my BTL property on to an interest only mortgage which allowed me to increase my monthly cashflow to around 250. Following David's training I have been able to step away from both a full time job and a self employed business to replace my income with full time property investing. I am about to complete on a property that is secured at 52% below the market value and have an assisted sales going in to the auction in 2 weeks time. I am incredibly grateful for David's help and guidance that has allowed me to pursue a career in self-employed property investing.
