Recently purchased a trolley bag from them and used it just the once to purchase some food items during this current lockdown as I do not have transport. Thought it was ideal as it folded down. However with the bag not even half empty, it was difficult to manipulate and it ended up dragging on the ground instead of the wheels half the time. You can see from the photos the holes that it made in the so called durable material. I complained by email to the voucher company who reluctantly sent an email to the supplier but it wasn't until I called some 6 weeks later that anything was done. However they have informed me it is a "travel" trolley bag NOT for shopping. So I have to take another bag on holiday for the things I buy from the shops? They have refused a refund. All those holidaymakers beware, shouldn't be using your suitcases/trolley bags to shop with. Only for transporting your clothes and washbag. Just realised I am using a washbag as a pencil case!

I bought an Item through Ebay, tried to cancel it straight after, they said you have to contact the seller, sent messages to them to cancel it, never replied! still sent the item two days later! Now I have to return it and pay 3.11 for the return label and the item it self is 7.99!! Cant understand why all the hassle, if there were good communication between us! Wouldnt recommend them, as the customer service is as much important as the item itself!

Very poor customer service. I wont even give them a star. Six weeks later am still waiting for my order to be delivered. Made numerous phone calls and am made to feel that am nagging them for a small order whilst they have big ones to deal with.
