Called yesterday to help me with a printer that was gifted to me at the start of my small business 6 months ago that now is showing an error. I'm sorry I missed the technicians name but he was brilliant! Even helped me understand the printer too. He advised me 3 options as the error was unfortunately popping up after he looked at it. And I trust him and the company completely to advise me what the best would be for the business. I cant wait to hear back with the advice and solutions. Thank you so much for coming out to help me.

i called out a technician, arrived within 3 hours and fixed the issue. also saved my bacon because i needed the printer to fulfil orders
