        We were treated abominably by a man, cant remember his name. Another member of staff, a lady (blonde with glasses) was so much more professional. The man was ignorant of current Uk home office guidelines and refused to listen to us. Instead he became rude and abusive. Such a pity as the other lady was so much nicer. An update on the incident: We received a sincere apology from the Manager of the branch (who was away at the time of the incident). I hope the post office head office is more diligent.
