        Bilal started working before agreeing a fee, then sprung the fee on me at the end.. After he left whatever he did failed. Now he wont respond as he has my money. Really unhappy. Why behave like this? Not competent and provided a very bad customer service. My plumbing issue remains unresolved. Bilal wasted my time and money. EDIT This is a response to your response. You never mentioned a call out fee. I wanted a quote only, you started working without agreeing a fee. Then nothing you did even worked. You're a cowboy unfortunately.
