Nu Cosmetic Clinic

Horrible service. Decided to give a call to this pratice to book my appointment for vaser lipo, they said next available date was the 9/12/17, I rang beginning of November. 24h before my appointment I received a call to confirm the appointment which is standard, what is not normal is to receive another phone call from a different person in a different office saying that my appointment would have to be rescheduled or later 3h on the same day... after expressing my disappointment i have asked what was the next available day and have been told the 11/1/18 another month... This is bad customer service to say the least for a company which charges large amounts of money... Im sorry but they have just lost around 10K with my procedure.

I went for my breast surgery with Nu Cosmetic Clinic and was operated in Manchester. Was offered excellent treatment and was also offered transport after the surgery as I was suppose to go home on my own. Aftercare was brilliant too and was seen by nurses and surgeons few times until I was well after the surgery. Best Wishes
