Pizza Hut Delivery

Horrible experience, rude staff, paid for an order two days ago that never arrived. I called the restaurant asking if it was coming as Ive been waiting for over an hour, and they said it was not in the system. Ive asked if I could give them my order number or other info to get it done, the guy over the phone started laughing and hung up?! Called again and no one picked up. Kept calling and the same guy couldnt care less, just said to write to customer service to get a refund. But I wanted my order he said no and hung up again. This is not how you should speak to your customers, literally this guy dont deserve his job. I still have to receive my refund after 2 days as the customer service wanted PROOF (wth) from the restaurant, which hasnt been given yet. I dont know what to say. I paid for something I didnt get, Ive been given the worst customer service and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!!!!

Ordered 100+ of pizzas the eta was 12:45 - 13:00 after numerous phone calls and being told it was going to be 30 minutes late (at 13:00) we waited till 13:30 and rang again to be told it would be 10 more minutes, the pizzas finally arrived at 13:50 with only half of the order as the other half was forgotten in the shop.. After speaking with someone in the store i was told he could send the 3 that were in the rack, I asked if the full order could be redone and sent out within 30 minutes or i was going to cancel the order. Full order arrived at 14:30 with 3 fresh pizzs & 3 reheated izzas which would have been cooked for the original order about 1 hour before final delivery. Will not be ordering again...

I will always be a regular customer of this restaurant.. The food here is exceptional accompanied by amazing staff and good atmosphere, there's really nothing more you can ask for! Pizza Hut - Thank you!
