Whenever trying out a new pizza place, my benchmark is the Margherita and these guys certainly know how to make a good one.
Beautiful thin and crispy base, with a light char, balancing the sweet tomato base and the fat from that gorgeous melting stringy cheese. Great job guys. I'll be seeing you again very soon!
