Pizza Hut Delivery

The food was cold, and was told that my food would take 30-45 minutes. The food then took over an hour to come with no apology from the driver. I tried calling the Prestwich hut multiple times but each had no answer. On arrival, the pizza was cold and soggy. I usually rate Pizza Hut quite highly, but after this experience I was especially disappointed. I needed this food for a party I was hosting and didnt think it would take too long, with the order estimate being 30 minutes. Some pizza huts may be better, but I would not recommend this one.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, Ive rang twice Friday 25th November 2022 @ 16:20pm . To have the phone put down on me first time without even a hello ! So I tried again they answered hello Pizza Hut , I said hi do you still do 5 pizzas? His reply was yeah we do but they cost more now . My reply was so you dont do 5 pizzas can you explain / tell me the price? To have the phone put down on me yet again ! How these people get jobs is absolutely beyond me , just pure rudeness. I will take my money elsewhere, good luck Pizza Hut & your horrible rude staff @Prestwich !!!

Shocking service and food. Don't waste your time or money. I wanted to treat my kids to a pizza so ordered from here. It didn't arrive within an hour so I had to collect the food, despite paying for delivery. When I got home, it was COVERED in grease and it was cold. It went straight in the bin. The staff were useless when I complained- both in store and their online customer service. Stick to Dominos!
