I have been coming to Kate at Physiolates since Jan 2016, every. Single. Week!! She is my lifesaver after a l4/5 discectomy. Through physiolates she gave me my life back and helped me build my strength and knowledge so that Ive never had any issues since. Since that time, she has also coached me through pregnancy and postpartum. Always providing adaptions / progressions as required. Ive joined her on classes this last year through lockdown online, which I love due to the accessibility and I hope she continues these classes to some extent once normal life resumes, but the service she gives hasnt changed one bit. Everyone needs a Kate in their lives! If youre thinking about joining, do it. NOW! You wont regret it. Thanks Kate!

I attended my first Pilates class on Saturday and the instructor, Louise, was fab! Her instructions were clear and she helped me one to one with technique. As a first timer she made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be recommending the sessions.

I had a series of one to one Pilates sessions with Kasia she is a very clear instructor and a lovely person. I had been having a lot of pain in my back and her sessions have really sorted me out. I now intend to try some of the classes and cannot recommend her highly enough!

I started going to Physiolates because I have always had a bad back and nothing seems to work. It got really bad about a year ago and I decided to try the group classes. I can honestly say it has made a huge difference to my back pain, posture and core strength. The instructors are extremely professional, the environment is very relaxed with a total mix of people all focussed on their own improvement. It is friendly and welcoming and if you don't usually like group exercise then do not let that put you off! The people are all lovely. I have been going to classes for about 9 months now and I love how easy it is to book via the app.

I chose Physiolates with the aim of improving my posture and increasing my core strength for running. I am delighted with the results. Over four 121 sessions, Kasia identified relevant exercises, taught me the technique and emailed details afterwards so that I could practice every day between sessions. My neck and upper back flexibility has increased immensely, helping me to sit comfortably on trains for the first time since I was a child. Stiffness and pain has reduced. My stomach has flattened, and my upper body straightened. The increased core strength has already improved my running increasing my speed on a 4-mile run. Kasia is an excellent and motivating teacher, who is superb at applying her physio and Pilates knowledge to solve specific needs. I am so grateful to Kasia for transforming my quality of life.
