Excellent experience with Christos for recent running injury. Thoroughly investigated and listened to, excellent in appointment treatment but also guided at home recovery and rehab. He knew my goal was to get back to running asap and worked with me to achieve that. Highly recommend.

I have been in chronic pain for pretty much 6 years and wasted so much money on other physios! I knew Christos was different when he spent most of my first assessment just watching how I move and how my body reacted to things he was asking. Christos then gave me the most detailed description and breakdown of my issues and more importantly how to fix them with realistic exercises/rotuines that can be done For anyone in pain just listen to your physio and do the work at home, if they say three times a day then just do it, After just one week I did feel a big difference in my mood and how I was feeling. There is still a long way to go but I have every faith I am on the right track Other "physios" have looked at me for around 10 minutes, told me all my symptoms( always wrong), and spent the rest of the time slot doing banded exercises with me, which is pretty useless and a waste of time and money. I wrote this review after my second visit to give an honest review of Christos but if you are 50/50 then do yourself a favour and just book it, you wont regret it Thanks Nav

Christos is both professional and friendly. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced in physiotherapy. I've had a couple physiotherapy sessions and he's really been able to help me. Highly recommend!

I was suffering from a bad knee injury but after a few sessions with Christos at Physio Pattern Manchester I could walk and exercise again and my pain was gone! I highly recommend Physio Pattern to anyone who needs treatment. Christos is friendly and the location is good and the price is fair.
