        I saw a very knowledgeable physio, Jaiden, about my immensely painful impinged shoulder. He gave me a great set of exercises that progressed over the weeks and now I am pain free and so much stronger as well. Very good service and would recommend to anyone.

        Ive been going to Anatomy for about a year now. I initially went for treatment for an injury to the lower back. Lucy, the physiotherapist has helped me immensely with my recovery. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, always provides advice and specific stretches, strengthening exercises so that it targets specific areas that I have trouble/weakness with. I am back at the gym and running again and this is all due to the treatment that I have received from Lucy. I cannot thank Lucy enough, she is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her. All the staff at Anatomy, the physiotherapists and receptionist are very professional and friendly.

        Kacper diagnosed me with sciatica after assessing me. I visited a couple of times for some massages and stretches to do at home to prevent/ relive the pain. The treatment plan has worked very well and now I have the tools to manage this going forward. The prices are also very reasonable. Would recommend.
