Just popped in today for some 8x10 prints, Taylor and Jade were very helpful in helping me decide which ones to choose and guiding me in the right direction. Even engaged in some friendly banter with me and other customers! Personally, I think they are a credit to the company and seemed like they both loved their job! Will definitely visit again, we need more people in the world like these two!

Disgusting service provided by the women at Harpurhey Store. Women lacked basic customer service skill refusing to provide me and i come after 20 minutes she can't start to printing. Im waiting extra 25 minutes. She irespec to serve.

In Moston area near Asda Rachael and the lady busy chat and eating while the print is not working. It took them half an hour to attend to me this morning ( around past 9) while the printer is not working. Whereas they forget to on the printer, they don't bother to say sorry.

I popped in to pick up some prints. The person dealing with me picked up the prints opened the envelope, then picked up the phone, made a call moaning about a complaint and left me standing at the counter! The other person there did come over to me after she finished helping with another customer. I asked for my photos, she couldnt find I pointed out where the other employee had dumped then. She did apologise for her coworker. Totally rude and unprofessional!! Sadly I wont be using Max Spielmann again.
