Fantastic service! Staff are always polite and friendly despite some of the rude customers they have to deal with constantly! Theyre always very transparent about how long your wait will be and they even allow you to return later in the day to collect your prescription. Would definitely recommend this chemist.

Just been in again today and found my script to be waiting and a very lovely member of staff who was wearing her hair in what seemed to be a lovely kind of shock braid. Mason was professional as always as was the member of staff on the counter. The back room staff were great as always and its always a pleasure to enter and always leave laughing

Awful, dreadful, appalling service & experience! I ordered a prescription on Monday and today (Thursday), I was only supposed to collect it: otherwise, why would we order/book something in advance? I had to wait for longer than 45 minutes to get my meds, but if I can forgive the dramatic shortage of staff, it is unforgivable to have to deal with a very unprofessional Doctor (T) who was checking if I needed the meds that I have been taking since I was 13 years old! When I made her notice that all my details & medical history were in the database, and that I had been going there for the last 10 years circa, she replied that it was a very busy day. She said that like it was some sort of justification, so in a very busy day, it is OK for a Doctor to not check patients' medical records. After that, they made me wait even longer, in a sort of "vendetta", for speaking up, and I saw many other customers come after me and go before me. Truth to be told is that, after Manager (L) left, the service in this place has gone downhill, and I am done with it: it is time for a change and to look for real professional people to deal with about my health! HORRIBLE afternoon!!! PS. I got a reply from these clowns almost 1 year after I wrote my review: they must been so busy, yes, getting things wrong. They do no understand my review (I guess it is because I am not a native English speaker? God bless you!), and tried (good one, ha ha) to move the critique to a Dr at the UVMP. NO! It was one of your staff the incompetent, someone who I might have wrongly called a Doctor: clearly, she is NOT! I take that back, all the rest stays the same: WORST ever Chemist / Pharmacy in Manchester!!!
