        Pathetic staff rude behaviour. Should not be allowed to work in a public interactive place. I saw after the service online that they have 1.8 stars. That's even too much.

        Listen to this.... TYPE 1 DIABETIC REFUSED MEDICATION REFERAL FROM 111. DID NOT EVEN REFER THE CUSTOMER TO OUT OF HOURS GP. EVENTUALLY SEND REFERAL BACK TO 111 111 THEN SEND REFERAL TO RUSHOLME PHARMACY AFEW MINUTES LATER, CUSTOMER RECEIVES MEDICATION THANKYOU RUSHOLME PHARMACY DONT GO TO LLOYDS

        Booked flu jab appointment for myslef and my pregnant partner online. Pharmacy had randomly closed early on the day. So it was a wasted trip, they have automatic email appointment reminders, yet clearly not the emails messages if they need to cancel!) Neither did they answer the phone couple of time the next morning. Poor service, you'd expect better from a pharmacy, easier to go elsewhere.
