Recently, I asked one of the chemists for advice on the mild frostbite on the end of one of my fingers. He was really helpful and knowledgeable and, after directing me to make an appointment at the doctors, he ordered in the cream I needed that day. Thanks so much for all the help- my finger's nearly back to normal. (Also thanks for the always cheerful service from the friendly counter assistant).

Updated on 02/09/2022: I tend to collect my medication from Roberts Pharmacy, and have been doing so for over a decade now (12 years). In that time I can't remember having too many issues with the service I have received at this Pharmacy over the years, apart from that one time when my name was mispronounced which prolonged the time it took for me to get hold of my medication. And, another time I was told the incorrect delivery date for my medication - which could have resulted in a wasted journey to the Pharmacy had I not called up beforehand...However, I must pardon them as nobody is perfect. Most of the staff are hardworking, friendly, and helpful - to name a few: Julie, Ismael and Hassan. Hassan is the best pharmacist out of the 3. The waiting times for picking up your medication is usually around 5-10 minutes, which is not long at all compared to the other Pharmacy's I have visited in the past (WestPoint and Lloyds Pharmacy). ---- ---- I remember during the Corona-virus lockdown Roberts offered to deliver my medication to my home, this was very kind of them to do - as it ensured my own safety and saved me a journey to the Pharmacy. :)
