I have been using Wilkinson Pharmacy for a couple of years now and I can honestly say ALL the staff are amazing very helpful and always pleasant.

Very slow service, no order or organisation especially with prescriptions that have already been bagged up.

This is my local pharmacy, seems like they recently changed some staff, and they all seem very friendly now.

This chemist needs a complete overhaul. Since the present pharmacist has been there, it's gone downhill rapidly. Several issues, to appalling customer service from said pharmacist think her name is Farah. She has a bad attitude, and constantly blames the doctors for not sending over your prescriptions. When in reality it's her excuse to pass the buck, as its quite obvious she can't keep up with demand. When you ring the doctors they state clearly when your prescription was sent. So your having to constantly go back and forth and then you may not have your full prescription so you have to go back again it's pathetic, badly run pharmacy. Go elsewhere it's an absolute tip, you have to wipe your feet on the way out!
