Been taking my dog to the groom room since he was a baby & recently moved to Manchester so took him to this groom room. They proceeded to tell me after they had finished that it would be 50 more, making it well over 100 as due to the fluffiness of my dog it took 2 of them to do this & 3 hours. The groom room I previously went to were great with him and only cost 65 and one woman was done in an hour and a half. Just find it crazy that its so different at different venues and charging me almost double without even telling me until the end.

Not quite happy in my puppy cut especially around the face the groomer never even came over to speak to us, the receptionist had to answer I question

Booked my appointment 4 weeks ago online for today 4pm. Received a text at 9am today saying it had been cancelled because they hadnt received a deposit. I was not asked to pay a deposit. I tried calling the store multiple times throughout the day, no answer and I left two voicemails, but no response. I also went online to see if the 4pm had become available again for me to re-book, but no. I went in at 3pm and asked whats happened, they said they apparently called me to ask for a deposit and left a message. They didnt. Apparently nothing they could do about it as they were now fully booked. How? When I was supposed to be the last appointment of the day. This experience is just silly and really bad customer service.
