David is such an amazing PT! Hes really invested in his clients and always tailors the session to how your feeling or if youve got any injuries. Since starting with David Ive lost over 4 inches on my waist and fit comfortably in my wedding dress. Hes really friendly and easy to get along with, would highly recommend him to anyone!

I started going to the gym and had an agreement set up for training paying in advance. After I paid for my second month of training I was completely ghosted. No refund and no response to any contact attempts. You have been warned.

I contacted David, having never had a PT or gone regularly to the gym before, to help me lose weight and build some muscle, as well as demonstrate proper techniques and get me acquainted with the gym. Three months training later, with breaks in between due to Covid, Im delighted with the results. David set a lifting exercise plan which was not only enjoyable, but got results really quite quickly. Now, Im going to the gym regularly, lifting ever more, with a clear, fun yet challenging plan from David. Id highly recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and body!

I never been to gym or had PT b4, but then I contacted David coz I wanted to lose weight n toned up my body a little.. since I have lost almost 7 kg. I feel great about my body n my self.. he dose not give up or let u give up. He is Extremely motivated. Also I was going through alot so he also help me to build up my confidence alot. friendly n great person to b with n very professional at the same time. I feel very comfortable around him n talk to him about any issues if I have. Really Good listener.. highly highly recommend...

I started working with David after surgery for a serious sports injury about 4 years ago. He was able to help me through the rehab process, bringing me back up to full fitness and adapting a workout program to enable me to train whilst working around ongoing issues from that injury. He's great at knowing when to push and when to give you a bit of leeway and he's always positive and encouraging, even when progress is slow. He's also good at mixing up workouts so you don't get bored and so that you're always challenged and setting new targets.
