Embarking on a new fitness regime designed to shift a lot of weight and live a healthier lifestyle was a massive commitment for me and something I felt was extremely daunting. Thankfully, I stumbled by chance upon the ideal person to help me. 16 months later I have dropped 5 stone and have a totally new attitude towards looking after my health and the new body that was hard won. Alistair is the perfect balance of professional and personal; he really knows his stuff plus it was clear he really cared about me achieving the goals we set together.

Alistair taught me how to swim, plain and simple. I decided to take the leap and start swimming before my 30th birthday, and he helped me achieve that goal. After 12 sessions I was swimming comfortable breaststroke style and learning front crawl - by that time, swimming became a huge hobby of mine.

Initially, I contacted Alistair for one-to-one swimming lessons, having spent years avoiding swimming altogether. Over the weeks, Alistair's patient and knowledgeable approach helped to build up my confidence in breaststroke and front crawl, both of which I am now able to practice on my own (something I wasn't capable of doing before!) Following my swimming lessons, I have continued working with Alistair at PT sessions. I am currently around 8 weeks into this and am very happy with the progress I've made -- together, we have worked out the best exercise and diet plan to help me lose weight and gain muscle and this has been effective for me so far. Alistair really knows his stuff and I look forward to every session!
