Evo Didsbury

Evo is such a fantastic gym. The trainers are really accommodating with the workouts, and the community they've built there is incredibly supportive and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Amazing little gym in the perfect location. The trainers are fab and really invested in pushing you to achieve your goals. Id never lifted weights before, and now Im hooked! The social side is such a bonus too. I joined just after moving to Didsbury and have made friends for life. Thanks to the whole Evo team for running such a fabulous gym!

Having recently joined Evo following a period of indecision around whether to try weight training, I could not be happier with my choice to take up the trial and officially sign-up. The team are very supportive, knowledgeable and offer advice tailored to your aims and progress. The atmosphere created by other members is also one of support and encouragement which is a great bonus. Im already beginning to feel the benefits after only 6 weeks on both my physical and mental health.

Joined Evo a few weeks ago and honestly it was the best decision Ive ever made. The team are so friendly, helpful and encouraging and I felt at ease immediately. They talk you through each exercise to make sure you are doing it correctly and safely. There is no competitiveness and everybody is so lovely and supportive. Each exercise is tailored to the individual and their fitness level so you can work out at your own pace. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend!

I've been going to Evo since September 2022. I thought I'd give it a try for a few months but haven't looked back! The instructors are really lovely and make you feel completely at ease but provide challenge as well as great technical help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
