Megan was my personal trainer in the run up to my wedding last year (2019). She was incredibly supportive. Exercise and diet plans were tailored to my needs and took into account my work demands. She was very flexible with sessions times which was a big help. A genuine and lovely person who made my gym sessions enjoyable! Thanks Megan.

I use to have PT sessions 3 times a week with Meg during our sessions together. During the 3 months training my fitness and strength really improved which I was pleased about. Meg is always friendly, polite, helpful and professional. I highly recommend!

Meg is an amazing PT that really does deliver the whole package. Every session is tailored to my needs and sculpted around the exact muscles I want and need for running. Nutritional help is offered as part of the package and with all the knowledge Meg has you will not go wrong. To top it all off she does a pretty damn good boot camp as and when we can these days
